Thx all,
I had a few questions before digging into this virus if any are still present, what anti virus program is recommended?. I just downloaded the microsoft essentials one. it did not detect anything. I also download malwarebytes and it did detect something. My computer was infected with zero access virus and I want to be 100% sure it is gone. after this post i will post a new thread in virus removal, as this is seems to be for new greetings. I am also working on the steps to take. thanks all
