Hello Need Help Please Ty

I'm getting spammed w/notifications after trying to download a free conversion program, I was trying to convert a YouTube video to an audio file. It's all warning me I have viruses on chrome and trying to get me to download things. It's also occasionally redirecting me.

In my Chrome settings and it may be these:

I tried blocking them but the pop-ups persisted.
I shut off/silenced notifications for the time being but they're still racking up when I check notifications.

I have an HP Victus laptop w/Windows 11, let me know if you need anymore info on that.

Problems I ran into:Vista & Windows 7,8,10 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure; I believe that was the right one for Win 11?

- had trouble downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from your link. I fiddled with Chrome to no avail. I went to Malwarebytes page directly & downloaded, but it looked different from your instructions. I did a scan anyway and it found nothing.
- Roguekiller said it found nothing
- hitman pro found a bunch of stuff but nothing red/viruses/etc.
- had trouble downloading MGTools, I fiddled with Chrome and finally did and ran it. Got a pop-up telling me to download a program while it was running, is that normal?

Problems persist when I turn notifications back on.
