Some system spec.'s would be helpful ....esp ram and os .....any other crashes?
Have you checked the event viewer for errors and if so, could you provide the exact code for the error ....

I have the new FSX microsoft flight simulator install and when I flying online after 10 minutes my PC just stop and this messenger appears - 0X7C80979d memory could not be read
0x134ed06c

when Iam offline the window just close no warning.

Whoa back ...everest is a free program that reports your system spec.'s ....it doesn't fix anything ....what did you run and what did it report?

Tim i just found everest and did Install and run....the report look fine the only thing diferent was the msn that I just sent to you.. Iam sorry my friend as u can see Iam not good in PC..lol

What did you run that reported the dll errors?

You can check your system files by clicking start / run / type "sfc /scannow" without qoutes and have your xp disc handy.

Would you upload your summary report from everest?

Tim..good morning...when I saw DLL. problems I was using the PC TOOLS software program...when finished to scan show at least 900 errors include DLL. but not report.

last night I scan with everest..but the only report I got was about PLUG AND PLAY....do you think the problem can be on DLL.files???? because my WINDOWS still closing for no reason...AND NO WARNING... tks

Please do two things:
1) start / run / type "sfc /scannow" without qoutes and have your xp cd handy ...run at least twice.

2)Bitdefender agree to the license and then select Scan. DO NOT CHANGE THE OPTIONS TO SHOW ALL FILES SCANNED. That will make your logs huge and we don't need to see clean files. Once Bitdefender completes the scan:

Click-on the Detected Problems tab. Then select Click here to export the scan report

When the window comes up to save the report, change the Save as type: box to Text (Tab Delimited) (*.txt) and then in the File name box enter change to bdscan then click save. This will save a file named bdscan.txt in whatever folder you are currently in when you save the file (take notice of where you are at so you can find it later). This bdcan.txt file will actually contain HTML code that we can easily view later while reviewing your log. All we have to do is rename the file to bdscan.html.

Hello Tim....I just install the biodefender to check out..but the only problem my screen close without warning...I mean the WINDOW close....so I do have to restart...pain..but Iam trying...thank you for your help...I will let you know the results...tks

There is nothing to install ....it is an online scan ...if bitdefender won't or can't run ...try www.activescan.com ..save the report since this will not fix anything.
