Hello

    :confused: :confused: Hi, I installed hello software on my computer. I wont work or let me uninstall it. What can i do to solve this problem.

    Well, that was fast ...exactly what kind of program is it?

    Does it not show in add/remove...

    Have you tried going to the folder and deleting the contents and then the folder?

    I tried to delete the file in the program folder. And, when i try to run uninstall it lockes up.

    Hey Tim, the clean up would not work for me either. I have no idea what the prblem is with this stuff.

    hy lamar. you can try UNINSTAL the program with "ccleaner",or as the last resort on boot with PurgeIE.

    I had the same problem trying to uninstall Picasso software. My only solution that worked was System Restore.
