Hello

Signed up the other day and thought I would say hello

I stumbled across this website whilst looking for a decent free firewall since my subscribed one ended and crashed by pc several times anyway!

My real name is Hel (Helen), I live in the Northwest of England, UK. I didn't start using the Internet until 2003 (I did have a ZX Spectrum in my youth though) after my spinal surgery went wrong. Since then I have got more and more (some may say addicted) with my pc, which I am going to rebuild when I get a new one. Security is high on my list since we had a lot of problems with our router.

Anyway I'm glad to meet you all, I hope to learn a lot from you (by reading the forums) and hope I can help others in the future (I'm only an intermediate at the moment). Wishing you all a nice day :wave

Thanks all sorry for the late reply, we have had router problems (again!). I was half tempted to throw the router through the window but one of my sons fixed it.

Sorry to hear about your spine, I know how painful it can be.

I live in Bolton. On a clear day you can hear my screams as the router/pc etc dies, lol.
