Just pick the correct forum ( Software/Hardware or Malware etc ) area that matches your problem an start a new Thread on it, please do give as much info as possible on what issue your having and steps to re-create, or even what you have already tried,

If Software:
Tell us what your Operating System ( windows, Linux ) version is.
What software is affected.

If Hardware:
Specifications of your PC, if a OEM pre-build like DELL, HP etc what model is it.
If home build, then as much info as you can about CPU, RAM, Graphics.. etc

If Malware:
Then please do follow this thread first READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide , then post a new thread in malware with all attached logs.
