This will be my first post anywhere. I have visited other forums in quest of an answer to this question: How do I do a backup of my system or just parts of my system in Windows XP Home edition??? or, is there a good, relatively simple freeware backup program that I coul use?
Microsoft informs us that there is no installed backup in the Home edition, and then attempts to instruct on how to do backup. Lots of luck with that!
It didn't work for me. Mostly, because their instructions are so convoluted that it is mindboggling, and I have been working on my home computers for nearly twenty years now.
When I enter a forum here, do I use "search" to locate a subject like this? What is the best procedure?
