    Thank you all , when it comes to computers , it is best I don't think. I have been getting hung up in facebook and have a screen shot of what came up. Woult that fall under hardware. I bought Malwarebytes some time ago, it seems like a good program.

    You can find all the help you need in the Software forum.

    To post a screen shot, go to the facebook page in question, hold down the crtl key and tap Print Screen, open up your Paint program, go to file and then paste. Save it with what ever name and just attach the file to your message, it will have a .jpg extension.
