    i have an amd athlon 2800+ barton...runing at 2.08
    i have 512mb in ram..pc2700 333mhz
    right now im at 12.5x166

    i want to overclock my processor just enough to run at 2.1

    what should i do increase the multiplier or raise my FSB.

    AM I GONNA ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS IF I DO ANY THESE TWO?

    It'll only take a couple mhz fsb increase to get you to 2.1ghz. 166x12.5 means that for every fsb the core clock goes up 12.5mhz. So to go from 2.08 to 2.1 you only need 2mhz on the fsb.
