hope everyone is having a good day......

can anyone help me with a problem i have trying to install windows xp on a hp compaq cq110-500 netbook. The problem i think is that the windows installation does not have the required SATA drivers for the netbook i've downloaded latest intel sata drivers but they are in an exe file. I've downloaded nlite to try and combine the required drivers with the xp disk but i'm not getting anywhere!

has anyone had similar problems?

Here is a link with all of the intel chipsets. Download the pdf file for your chipset. It should have a link in the pdf file for your driver download. Edit: What is the chipset on your computer?
