Help! A runtime Error has occurred. How do I fix it?

I'm on Windows XP desktop computer. While on the internet I get this error popup as follows:

A runtime Error has occurred. Do
Do you wish to Debug?
Line 2
Error: Permission denied
(click) Yes or No

Is this a scripting error? Please, can you tell me how to fix it? I've already tried going to Internet Explorer Tools and making sure "Disable script debugging" has been checked and "Displaying a notification about every script error" has been unchecked. I did the same thing in my Control Panel internet options. Is there anything else I can do to keep this message from popping up? I click yes or no to debug it and it keeps popping back up several time. Thank you for your replies. This seems to be a common occurance for others as well.

 

Its possibly from a site that is / was overloaded in the first place, as it happens when you go on-line - Have you got another brouser (like firefox) that you could use instead, to see if it happens in that brouser ?
I am not up to much in the debug department, I,m afraid, but someone with knowledge on that side could still come on, and try to help you.

 

I'll give another browser a try and see if it pops up again. It isn't too serious is it? As long as I don't hit the debug key, is it okay to exit out of it or hit the "no" option? Will it make it go away in the future?

As Bugballou says, untick notification of every script error - (getting old, forgot it ) and it should stop it keep asking- and it it is not a serious problem, just aggravating .
