help! advancedcleaner pop up

hey guys,

hope you can help me. ive always used spybot and windows defender with great results. my mother keeps having problems with " advancedcleaner pop up" when she usues the internet. i have been over at her house for 2 hours now trying to remove it with out success. what freeware program will get rid of this or what spyware program should she buy to get rid of this?. this is a nasty little problem. spyhunter did detect it but wasnt sure if she should pay for it. spybot detected over a 144 entries and she still gets several security warning pop ups and spyware warnings. im tempted to just to reload windows becuase of the amount of crap. anyhelp would be greatly welcomed, oh and majorgeeks,,, u rock.
