Help Agian please

Yet agian i have another problem with my computer! It started when i restarted when haveing manyspyware programs on at the same time. Actually i didnt restart it i turn my comp off, I'm an absolute IDIOT. it says windows cannot locate your personal setting you all changes will be discarded after you log off. I will warship you if you help me fix it, I Am a total idiot for doing it i had 4 spryware programs running. They were Pest Patrol, Adaware, Spysweeper, and Spy bot Search and Destroy. please help me on this this is a huge problem that i feel unfixable

I'm thinking about just making a new user and that should get rid of the problem does that sound like a good idea?

 

try this:

1)turn power on and keep tapping the F8 key
2)a screen will appear that gives u several options Safe mode
safe mode with networking...etc.
3)choose safe mode and wait for windows to load
4)if it loads select your account
5)click start, click run, type "msconfig" without the quotes
6) at the top of the box that appears select the tab labled "startup"
7) for easy measures just mouse to the bottom and click "deselect all"
8) reboot and see if u have any more problems loading your user act.

after you do all that and if it worksyou can go back into msconfig and select the things that you NEED to load at startup. things like spysweeper and norton are usually the only things i keep on startup...

see how much RAM you have. Remember that winxp needs atleast 256 to run smooth, the more the better. sometime the os will hang because either the RAM or cpu is being overtaxed. too much of a good thing can be bad .
