When I attempt to open or even mouse over the My Music folder in the My Documents folder my system crashes and says Windows needs to close.
I cannot delete it, and my virus programs say there's nothing wrong.
I also did a windows repair with operating system disk....nothing.
Can you help oh wise Major Geeks?
    Gracias!

Try running chkdsk on your next boot. I had a similar problem but it was with the My Pictures folder. Running check disk cured the problem I was having.

    Click Start, select Run

    In the box, type cmd

    Click Ok

In cmd type "chkdsk c: /f /r" (without the quotes) (I'm assuming your My Music folder is on C drive)

The /f command automatically fixes any errors encountered, the /r command locates bad sectors and recovers readable information.

A reboot is normally required for the chkdsk program to lock the disk and run correctly (this is typical on machines that have only one volume), so simply restart the computer and chkdsk will run automatically.
