help big slow down

I have run every scan I can find in safe mode and I can't seem to find the problem causing a major slow down on start up (almost 8 min) shut down and opening programs even in the browser (I keep getting freezes that last up to 90 sec)

Go into your AVAST control centre and switch it off.
Restart your pc.
Does it work any better with AVAST off?
If so try updating or get rid.

nope didn't help a bit shut it completely down restarted and still have the same issues:cry

 

You should try posting in malware
just follow their instructions to the letter
ie: read & run me first (you will understand when you get there!)

 

If its not the antivirus and your windows is up to date, best bet is malware.
Follow Shanemail's advice and repost in Malware.
