Help Blue Screen of Death

Can someone help me with this? I don't know what this means:

Could be a RAM memory problem. Grab Memtest86+ which is free and it will tell you if your RAM is good or not.

I downloaded Memtest 86 ver1.7, I booted the CD and let it run for approximately 17 hours. There were no errors in the "error" section. I also did not configure anything and left them all at default. Any more suggestion? I'd appreciate the help. Thanks again.

 

More likely a faulty driver. Its what happens when a program tries to access memory that its restricted from. Poorly written drivers often cause this error code.
Have you installed any new software or hardware lately?

Hi Studio T,
I suspect that it might be my Email scanner for AVG 7.5. After it runs it shuts down. I've had to disable the plug-in. Have you heard problems with AVG 7.5? I think I maybe getting the ping of death. What do you guys think?

Yes there have been funnies with AVG 7.5, but I think they are usually when a user has too many anti programs fighting each other.
