Help buying a graphics card+motherboard

Ok is it possible to find a place to buy a leading graphics card with a compatible motherboard included? I've tried several different places, but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. Now I don't want to buy an entirely new computer. I just want either the best ATI or best NVidia graphics card with a compatible motherboard. Anyone know a place they recently saw sales for this or anything even close to being similar? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

PS didn't really know if this is the right forum, but I am looking for hardware after all.

 

first off what CPU are u going to use?

 

Good question. Forgot that. I want at least a 3.0Ghz. I don't care whether it's AMD or Intel. I use AMD right now and it's only a 2.16. I would sort of like a boost though.

 

do you know what type of socket your cpu is, so we can try and match it to that

 

It really depends how much your gonna spend but just upgrading the video card and motherboard your probably gonna run into problems,firstly any card above a 6600gt and your gonna need a new power supply otherwise you risk blowing your old psu and take your new components,also any cpu upgrade will be limited by your current ram its prolly ddr2100 or ddr 2700 which will severley hamper the system

but this ofcourse is all dependant on how large of an upgarde you want and what you use your comp for
