Help! Can anyone tell me how I can remove Norton from a laptop...??

    Using the Control panel to remove the Norton program does not work. I can't log onto AOL because of the Norton firewal and everything I try to get past this fails. Any help?l

    Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I finally found a way to download the Norton Removal Tool to a CD and use it to remove the program from the laptop. Probably very basic to ya'll, but quite an accomplishment for me! Thanks again!:)
