Help! Cannot delete this file

I tried installing the commandos beyond the call of duty demo and got the setup stuck on my desktop. the error message says the file is being used by another program or user. the game didn't install due to OS compatibility so i used easycleaner to remove the associated files so i'm pretty sure i'm not running it with another program. i tried deleting it while in safe mode but still got the same error message. please help, it's very irritating sitting on my desktop
