HELP ...Cannot down load

    I can't access any other
    info about my computer except this...gateway 2002, windows xp pro, 504MB ram. I cannot download anyhthing . A sign says diagnose exe. and system network error in connecting windows management. Also windows installer cannot be found and another sign says local internet file content IE5\CXNGBGV is corrupt. Is there hope in fixing this? Thank you for helping. :)

    Do you have 8mg's being used for your video? If so, then try this:
    Start / run / type "sfc /scannow" without qoutes and note the space ...have your xp disc handy. Run at least two times.
