Help Can't Delete Windows 10 Folder

    Hello, I have a folder which windows 10 won't let me delete, it is now empty because I emptied it, but I can put a file into it if I want to.

    In this folder properties, it says "the requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed", and rejects all attempts to delete it.

    I have looked at solutions that involve going into using ms-dos commands, is there another way with less risk for a novice ?

    Govinda Shekatkar, don't just type lists.
    You have to explain to the poster exactly what to type at the command prompt.

    Again, an explanation of how to do this is needed.

    If you post a list of things to try, you need to explain how to do each step. The poster might not know how to do items on your list because in the first post, he/she mentions
    . Novice poster need details posted to understand.
