Help!!! Cant Install Windows Srv Pack 2

HELP!! I had to reformat my computer Dell Insperion E17o5 laptop. I have to reinstall all drivers, etc. I have tried at least a dozen times to install Windows Service Pack 2 and it stops in the middle and states "Access Denied" there is no error code #. I am at my witts end! Can anyone please help! Thanks, Jim

EDIT: I was just thinking.... for future installs, you should think about slipstreaming SP2 into your XP install CD so you won't have to install it seperately again. Here are some links that should help:
