   when pc boots up starts at administrator log on and needs a password, do not have or ever entered one. When click on enter- Logon message saying " the system can not log you on because the domain- computer name - is not available. Tried safe mode, same thing, need help OS is XP pro sp 3

   The computer is expecting to be part of a domain, such as a work computer, and when it doesn't find the domain, windows will not load.
   You need to contact the IT staff at work.
