Help Case Fan broke don't know what to do....

This is my case....

The bottom FRONT fan that blows the air out into the dust tray started making funny noise and it was extremely loud so I had no choice to take it out.Its broken Do I need that fan even though I still have a 90mm and 120mm LED fan.Does the fan really make a difference or I must have it?

 

If you mean the front fan, I am assuming that you would want to replace it due to air flow.. The more air circulating through your machine, the cooler it will be.

 

I don't need it to be cool lol I am just curious if i would have a system meltdown or overheating without it=) to lazy to order and install a new one.
I don't overclock or anything.

 

Without the fan, case airflow will probably suffer.

If your system's temps are acceptable, don't worry about it.

Your broke fan may only need some cleaning & drop of oil??

 

It should not be a problem, just keep an eye on the temperatures..

I have been running a 333 MHz CPU machine now for years without a fan in it.. (other than the power supply)

 

But replacing the fan only takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. And as they are dirt cheap it seems a bit of a risk just to save a few pennies and a few minutesof time.

 

That fan cools the HD's, biggest cause of HD failure is HEAT,so go ahead and leave it out, but just remember to tell us that when you come back with HD Failure. I agree with Yargwel completely.
