Help Choosing A New Monitor

Trying to figure out which monitor is better? I plan on doing dual and use my PC for games and watching tv shows and movies. Should I go with higher Contrast Ratio or bigger screen.

Pros: This one has HDMI, built in speakers and bigger screen. My store currently has this one for $89

 

Read somewhere that contrast ratio is b's, and read that the Hp is hard to see from angles.

 

It's not completely BS but since every manufacturer measures it according to their own standards, it's meaningless as a comparison.

178° horizontal and vertical is not bad.
