Help!!Comp falling apart!!

Hi,
I have BIG trouble with my computer. I am no specialist so I will describe the symptoms. I get a red bubble with white cross on the main panel saying that "Your computer is in Danger! Windows Sontrol Center has detected spyware...it is highly recommended that you run spyware remover" and also that "....Trojan and other detected on your computer...". Sometimes I get a popup message saying "System Crashed. CRITICAL ERROR! Windows halted due to spyware infection" but they don't halt at all and also that "Registry changes detected." I am czech and have czech Windows but all these reports are in english so I think it is not a Windows generated report at all. I guess it is some kind of W32/Rbot and read somewhere that it is coused by XPUpdate.exe which I can stop from Task Manager. But when I press CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC it says that Task manager was disabled by administrator. When I run autoruns.exe it does't find any file XPUpdate and when I go to the Safe Mode as admin, all my icons and Main Panel disappear so I can't do a thing.
I have disconnected from internet (I write this on my bro's comp) to prevent any remote control. When I run AVG it finds some Trojans and Tracker Cookies and keeps saying that Registry changes disabled by administrator!
I have ThreatFire and AVG but I installed them after getting the virus(such an idiot I am!)
