HELP - Computer Baby Totally Lost

I am caught in the ethernet and can't get out!
I signed up for MP3 to download music, as Napster wanted to charge me monthly AND charge for each song. I can't figure out how to burn the CD and when I go to MP3's site, they give me a link to a free download for burning CDs, which opens me up to this website. I am not smart enough to be a computer geek but have great admiration for those who can find their way thru all this mess.

Can someone help me figure out how to (a) find the songs supposedly downloaded on Napster and/or MP3 and (b) how to burn a CD?

I would be most eternally grateful, as this is getting quite costly!
