Help configuring AVG Free 8.0 e-mail scanner

    When I installed the free program, I thought I had set up for Windows Live Mail (like Outlook Express), but it tells me there are currently no plugins installed. I go under the advanced in tools to set one up, but I have NO idea about a POP3 or SMTP server? :confused I've tried looking on Google, but I don't see much.

    Any help - thanks so much!
