Help determing stats of this PSU

Hey,
I have this outdated SHAW psu but I would know to know how to read its tables. And if i can upgrade my 9400gt to any thing else. Also my case is a SHAW Tornado 680, and if i had to upgrade my psu which ones would i be able to get.

I would speculate 680 watt given that the case is 680 model and it says 680 on the PSU

Your current PSU is probably overrated.

4. For the love of your PC and your upcoming graphics card, please consider replacing your PSU ASAP.

If you can post your system specs. here and the gfx card you intend to purchase, we'll be happy to recommend a good PSU replacement.

 

I couldn't agree more! The pox on those PC makers, roping one in with 'low priced' crap which ends up costing the buyer more in the long run.:mad I wouldn't trust anything marked on that PSU as being true. Since it runs a 9400GT, I'd cut that 680W in half and I'm being generous.
