HELP Disk read error

    When i restarted my computer after it froze, i recieved a message seconds after boot "A disk read error occurred" control alt delete to restart. Did it and got the same message??? Whats wrong???

    Sounds like your Hard Drive is caput :( Sorry man....get a new hard drive, and set it as master, or borrow someone elses...but if you get a new one, set it as master, hook it up, and install Win xp, or whatever you use...then hook your other drive up as slave and see if you can get any of the data off of it....If you borrow someone elses, set it up as master, and your other one as slave, and transfer over what you NEED...until you can get a new drive...unless they say you can transfer everything over, then they are cool :)
