help (driver)

Hey I got a hp pavilion a6421.sc, when I try play a game I have big lags, and the drivers I've downloaded for my ATI Radeon HD3450 (256 mb) is keep saying I got 512 mb? and ofcouse I've downloaded it to windows xp pro/ he

Driver you installed was? How did you get the driver, was it via MS update?

There is a driver forum here and you might get more help there. Post ATI Radeon HD3450, also your OS, what driver you installed, where you got the driver from and what game you're having issues with, is it just that game or all games? Were you lagging prior to updating the driver?

It sounds to me like cossacks has downgraded from a Vista OS to an XP Pro and is having trouble finding the proper graphics driver for his/her PC/laptop.

 

i downloaded my driver from www.ati.com adn yes I choosed the 3400 series to windows xp pro (32 bit).

 

ATI suggests that you get the drivers from HP, HP has no listed drivers for your PC running XP Pro. You can try posting in the driver forum for a solution.

 

I've reinstalled vista but ofc I still got the win xp. but I'll try in small pieces to get it work
