HELP-ERROR 1327-MSI.installingportmonitor

HELP-I recently added a new harddrive and set up partitions. Unfortunetly, I reset my partitions and now when I am trying to reinstall my HP printer, I keep getting an "ERROR 1327. Invaild Drive" I can't install the software. I spent over 6 hours on the live tech chat with hp and after 8 techs, they said they can't hepl me. I can not for the life of me find the opportunity to change the old drive number so I can install the software-I am never given the opportunity to enter a path-it just starts installing automatically and then I get the error message 3/4 of the way thru. I've uninstalled all software pertaining to the printer but the old "F" drive (that is now the "G" drive) error.
