HELP!!!! Flash MX user

I need some help on linking horizontal text to other frames in the movie . Can Anyone help me on this????? PLEAAAAASSE!

 

turn the text into a symbol of type button, and click on it and enter in the actionscript pane :

HI. thanks for that. I've converted the text into a symbol bu i can't seem to figure out where in the actionscript pane should I enter the code you gave me. Help again pleaaseee!
