help for enabling wireless card in IBM t41 laptop??

    Hi - I've recently installed a bog-standard verison of XP on my T41. Support for the PCI Wireless card was not included. Despite finding 3 different versions of drivers from ibm support, I still can't get it to go. The prime issue seems to be that it doesn't appear in the hardware list under my computer - indicating i need to enable the card somehow. There's no setting in bios. Any ideas?
