   Hi it looks like I may have to re-install windows and I was wondering if I made an ISO file of my Programs folder would I be able to just use that with the new windows OS ? I really do not have the time to re-install all my programs again.

   Short answer - NO. Windows has this thing called a registry that keeps that from working.
   Why not do a Windows repair?
