I used to have a working itunes, but now I get "The folder path 'My Music' contains an invalid character". I cannot run, load, uninstall,re-install, manually install, or repair itunes. How can I find and fix this particular folder/path. I am running vista 64/4gigs ram/on a 3 pc wireless lan with a 500gig external drive on the main pc. I throw myself on the mercy of the board

My next step was to go into regedit and see what had happened. Somehow when I was integrating my wan, my itunes drive switched from E to G. I went into regedit and manually changed every (did a search for "my music") itunes default icon key to E from G, but it still tells it cannot do anything due to an invalid character in folder "my music". Obviously I have screwed something up. All I want to do is delete Itunes and start over. I got a very nice 5th gen nano from my kids for my birthday and cannot use it. Help.

After much searching I found a forum that pointed me to this: " Windows Installer CleanUp Utility ". This link support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 unistalled Itunes, which allowed me to reinstall it. I reccomend this to anyone who is having unistall issues.
