   im runing windows me and just instaled a nvidia 6200 oc video car... and now im gitting a error mesage on a blue screen somthing like vdd(03) and a bunch of numbers after that what do i do

   Most likely a driver issue (VDD = Virtual Device Driver)
   
   I would recommend that you start your machine in safe mode
   (there are instructions at this link if you're unsure how), and install the drivers found at this link
