help HELP !!! microsoft outlook

i am running xp pro and microsoft office the problem i have is this :

on my email settings i had a signature that was a picture that had movement [eg like an avatar]> now that pic is just motionless the path i follow is this

tools/options/mail format/signatures/enter title/click next/advance edit opens in word insert picture / on saving

i get error mess that the path c:/doc&setting/bernard/application data/mirosoft/signatures/hello.htm could not be located. that it may have been removed.

click ok and i can see the signature moving and the phrase that i wrote there i then click ok /apply /ok

BUT when i create a new email the picture is motionless how can i fix this

PS i follow the the path given above and the signature is there in the signature folder
