    Please help me.. i cant remember my admin pass and i cant find the litlle yellow post-it i wrote it on.. i have tried to download some of the different programs to reset the key or just find it for me but i cant even install eanything on my com withouth the admin pass.. please please help me some one. :cry

    Hi bubbi, welcome to Major Geeks.

    We don't normally deal with queries in the welcome forum however to get you going, try this.

    Boot to safe mode by repeatedly tapping F8 at boot.
    Choose the account called 'administrator'
    press enter at the password box.
