help:home search assistent, need i say more?

I've been looking for an answer to this question all day, I've seen alot of help, but this thing seems to be on a specific basis, and seems to have alot of variations, my computer has "home search assistent". Anyone who can help me please let me know, below is my hijackthis log. Major attitude, i would like to thank you, and olfar, i think that was his name, the guy that made the hsremover, i cant thank you enough, only thing i have to say is, before running the remover, close all i.e. windows, and disconnect your isp, by unplugging your router or what have you, thanks a million!
