Hi guys. Lately, I'm trying to play a game and every time I run it, drwtsn32.exe shows up and closes the game. When I check the log it shows that the game was causing a problem. The funny thing is, all my friend can run it. I just wanna see if I can find the location of the problem and fix it. Since all the error info is made by Dr Watson, I need to know how can I read the thing in the log.
I hope you guys could help me.

Do you have Delfin media viewer?

    If so:

    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=811270

    ExceptionCode: c0000005 (Access violation)
    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005

The above two lines are the key issues that need to be looked up.

Does this happen only with that ONE game? Or does this error show up at other times?

If this error ONLY shows up with this ONE game, what game is it?

well i have problems with 2 games. One is SilkRoad Online and it keep popping up message every 5-7 minutes saying memory can not be "written". That did not close the game though. The one that causes this thread's problem is call FreeStyle Basketball Online. The problem with SilkRoad seems to be fixed after I deleted the Messenger folder in Program Files.
