Help!! I am new to Forums and I need help with a computer.

    I have an older computer I am trying to fix up for my daughter. She loves Pogo and I purchased a membership for her on it. This computer is set at 450MHZ and I am trying to figure out how to up that. I was told to do it in the BIOS but when I highlight it in the BIOS it wont let me do anything. Can anyone help me with this?:confused
