If you've installed SpywareBlaster, make sure Tools > Flash Killer > 'Disable and Block Macromedia Flash...' is UNchecked

    Go to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files

Is there a 'Shockwave Flash Object' in there?

If so, right-click on it and choose 'Update'

If not you'll have to reinstall Flash from the Macromedia website.

    From this link... http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/common_player_install.htm
Go thru these steps to make sure your security settings allow download/install of ActiveX controls.

And you should be logged into an admin-level account to install Flash.
