   My Dell Latitude notebook froze about 30 minutes ago & I can't turn it off.
   I have tried ctrl-alt-delete & it does nothing.
   I have unplugged it & have no idea where the batteries are.
   I just got this newly refurbished notebook with no manual.
   Can someone help me?
