Help! I don't know what it is & can't remove it!

Does anyone know how I can delete the following web address from my temp. internet files? I've tried several times to remove it but nothing seems to work. Adware, Yahoo Anti Spy, deleting temp files, etc.. Thanks for your help!

I believe this is a Browser Hijacker, but don't know enough about it. What you can try doing is installing Spyware Guard from http://www.wildersecurity.net/spywareguard.html, which prevents these from installing themselves and The Ad Police http://www.windowsstartup.com/ which innoculates your hosts file from these redirectors. Both free. Also go to C:\window\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS and edit it from there. Hope this helps.

 

It's not a browser hijacker, it's a GIF picture file link. Spywareguard is here at MG, along with Spywareblaster and Spybot S&D in the Spyware Tools section http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads31.html I recommend these along with the AdAware SE. Try CCleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html to clean out temp and cache files

@ TrickTrash-Check and see if it's here first. This site is supported by ads, and if you send someone elsewhere, it cuts into the admins bottom line. Keep people here whenever possible and do the admins and the people who use this site a favor by supporting it.
