Help!!! I Think I Might Have Lost It All

I have just recently copied 1 harddrive over to another, and now its having troubles reading my 80GB hard disk, i copied my O.S. hard disk because it was getting full. The one i copied my information to had un needed information on it, so i formatted it and re-installed Windows XP onto it, i fiddled around and now my computer reads both my hard drives, but when i click on my 80GB (in My Computer) to open it, it sais "Local Disk (E" which it said "Hard-Drive Slave(D" before, and a message pops up saying "This hard drive hasnt been formatted, Format now?" This has all my work on it and im hoping i didnt accidently format my 80GB somehow in the process??? Any suggestions, maybe how to recover lost information??? Im stuck in a bind, and my web site buisness is on hold right now..... HELP ME PLEASE!

 

How many hd do you have?You must be specific,you use terms like 'o.s hard disk' '80gb disk', 'The one i copied my information to had un needed information on it' ,
' now my computer reads both my hard drives, but when i click on my 80GB ...................... it sais This hard drive hasnt been formatted'
