help Identifying problem

hey guys my dad thinks i know more than i do when it comes to computers. Well i know some things but he caught me offguard with a problem he has been having. I just don't know how to solve this one. It is probably really simple, but he is having trouble loging into his capital one account.it started about a week ago he clicks the login button so he can put his info in and login. But instead of a login page he gets a browser error page. he was able to get on the page the day before but all of the sudden he gets this page with the capital one logo is in the top left corner and it says that his browser is un able to handle their encryption or there is another problem. He is very skittish about downloading stuff because he always thinks it will damage his computer. could someone tell me what i should do to fix this problem so he can login to his account again?

Once again I know it is probably a really simple thing to fix but still somtimes its the simple things that fly under my radar. Sorry for any inconveinience and thank you for any help.

 

Manually, and he knows it is the right site because he just informed me that he was on there yesterday looking at his account and yet today it wont let him to the login page.
