Help - IE6 Error

I'm trying to log on to the sony ericcson website and have hit a new problem with ie6. It gets stuck in a loop just trying to open the site. It get's 90% of the way and I can see the header, but then I hear a click again and it starts to load the web page again. It now gets stuck in a loop doing this - no problems on any other sites noted. Please help.

 

I had no problems going to the site. Are you using any add-on programs with IE?

 

I have no problems on any other PC.....it just seems to be my home PC. As far as I'm aware I've not got any add ons....but I aint that technical (although I'm getting there). I seem to have inherited a version of IE6 from Harvard University so I re-installed from XP last night and still same problem. If by add-ons you mean things like toolbars, even after re-install I've got several toolbars e.g. google, one with marque text scrolling accross. I need serious help!!
