Help in deleting .jpg file?!?

    Hi everyone

    Long time reader first time writer lol

    I am having a problem with a .jpg file i downloaded the other day. It wont open and i cant delete it!! Also when I right click on it i only get these options:preview,Edit with ..., Edit with ..., Edit, Print, Open with ... and Send to. I cant rename it either which is really annoying.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Have you tried deleting it in Safe Mode?
