Help in Spanish

    Hey y'all!

    Is there by any chance a Spanish version of Major Geeks? My f-i-l is Costa Rican and although he speaks a little English, it will never get him through the read and run me. It would take ages for my husband to translate and they'd have to Skype for hours to get him through a clean-up, not to mention how would he post logs and get help if he needs to? It sounds like he might have some malware. I would love to go there and work through the read/run for him, but...

    Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    Sorry but no we do not have it in any other languages. As you could imagine, it would be a lot of work just to translate it and all the other procedures we use. And then what about all the other inbetween messages we normally need to post to work with a user. We are an English speaking website and I don't think that will ever change. ;)

    There may be Spanish speaking forums that do similar work, but I would not know any off the top of my head.

    Thanks for your reply. I was afraid MG wouldn't actually do Spanish... I was just kinda hoping maybe you've heard of a Spanish equivalent that's as honest and helpful as MG. It's too bad y'all can't clone yourselves into other languages!!

    You're welcome. You could use a remote access program like below to allow you to do it for him.
